Step 1
Place a preacher bench in front of a cable machine with an EZ-Bar on the lowest setting. Resting your arms on the padding, hold the bar with both hands, palms facing away from you.
Step 2
Without moving your elbows, curl the bar toward your shoulders. Pause, then slowly return the bar to the starting position.
